These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Unlock-Pass ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using Unlock-Pass, you agree to these Terms.
Unlock-Pass is a one-time, non-recurring digital unlock fee of €15 that gives you access to discounted prices — a minimum of 15% off standard rates — on attraction tickets in participating cities. Tickets themselves are sold and fulfilled by our affiliated providers, who offer exclusively official tickets; Unlock-Pass only unlocks the discounted pricing tier.
Payments are processed securely through MultiSafepay. The €15 fee is charged once per account/email address and is not a subscription. After payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to access discounted tickets.
Once unlocked, you book attraction tickets directly through the checkout linked from your confirmation email, provided by our affiliated providers who offer exclusively official tickets. Ticket availability, opening hours, cancellation terms, and delivery of the ticket itself are governed by the terms of that provider and the individual attraction, not by Unlock-Pass.
The €15 unlock fee is refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet redeemed any discounted ticket. Once a discounted ticket has been booked using your unlock, the fee is non-refundable. Refunds for the underlying attraction tickets themselves are subject to the affiliated provider's and the attraction's own cancellation policy.
All content on the Unlock-Pass site — text, design, and branding — belongs to Unlock-Pass and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Unlock-Pass relies on third-party providers, including affiliated ticket providers offering exclusively official tickets, and MultiSafepay (payments). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes on the part of these providers, though we will help resolve issues where we can.
Unlock-Pass is provided as a discount-access product. We are not liable for the availability, quality, cancellation, or delivery of attraction tickets themselves, nor for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Unlock-Pass after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by generally applicable consumer-protection law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. We aim to resolve any dispute directly and amicably wherever possible.
